Workout – From April 20th, 2015

Best workout this morning. Timed my fuel-up nicely and had energy to burn. Lesson learned. Hoisted more weight than I have in 30 years. I’ve reached my plateau weight and I’ve adjusted my caloric intake accordingly. If you plan on a diet/fitness program in the future get the exercise/diet/rest ratios correct and you will have a program not prone to relapse and guaranteed to be effective.
